R-place is hands down the best Sports Bar and restaurant in San diego! The food and drink options are phenomenal and the staff / owners are some of the best people I've had the pleasure to be around!!! 1000 out of 10. Will be back and will definitely send family and friends !!

Great atmosphere and service. Bar has a decent selection of drinks and the menu is good. Bartenders are awesome and knowledgeable. The whole crew had a great nite. Steps away from the park and close to the Hilton hotel and convention center. Super laidback compared to the gaslamp area. Highly recommended.

The five wings is so good. The wine is best tasting wine. And the best salad you can ever have. The server is the best and bartender has been very vigilant and observant and very good giving us a chance to be hands on. Spoke to her about the children in the family and we spoke very well over the fact that our younger children are very protected...

The food is great! We went there for the comic con. They had a water station available for everyone and a special menu. I highly recommend the burger and the fries (which, btw, the fries were amazing). The waitress was very kind and was alert of our needs. We will definitely go back.

R place is the place for my co workers and I to go after work. Everytime we go in it's full of smiles from the staff and warm greetings. The food is great the drinks are better and the staff is the best! Never have a bad experience at R place.
